Rampstar is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, providing knowledgeable technical support, and facilitating all warranty claims. Our chassis have full manufacturing coverage for the first year of service against defects, breakage, or other problems in workmanship that prevent the unit from functioning according to the industry's usual practices. The Cummins engine and Allison transmission are covered by the manufacturers' warranty, with the option of purchasing an extended warranty.
